Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Logan, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The sidewalk improvements willinvolve the installation of over 3,200 lineal feet of sidewalk, including 6 ADA-approved curb cuts and any necessary seeding and mulching along Church Street. Apedestrian crosswalk at Elm and Hunter Streets will also be added. The Hocking County Commissioners intend to contract for architectural and engineering services in connection with the following projects being funded in full or inpart by PY 25 Community Development Block Grant Program funds. Representatives of Perry County will enter into contract negotiationswith the most highly qualified firm. Please submit separate proposals for each projectthat your firm is interested in. Please also state the amount of time that your firmbelieves would be necessary to have project(s) designed and ready to bid after initialdate of the Architectural / Engineering contract begins. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. "Requests for proposals for design services is underway." Doc Notes: The Architecture/Engineering scope of work will include project design, preparationof bidding specifications and drawings, review of bids, pre- and post- constructionmeetings, construction oversight as required, and obtaining all necessary permits
