Site work for a water / sewer project in Logan, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Hocking County Commissioners intend to contract for architectural and engineering services for the City of Logan – Flood and Drainage Improvements project, under the PY 25 Community Development Block Grant Program. The project includes installation of over 500 linear feet of storm drain, over 500 linear feet of curb, and 7 catch basins along Church Street to address flooding and pooling issues. The total budget is $120,000. The scope of work for Architecture/Engineering includes project design, preparation of bidding specifications and drawings, review of bids, pre- and post-construction meetings, construction oversight as required, and obtaining all necessary permits. Separate proposals should be submitted for each project of interest, and bidders must state the time required to have the project designed and ready to bid after the contract begins. Application details and evaluation factors are included in the full application, available by contacting the Community Development Division or downloading from the specified website. Proposals will be evaluated and ranked on qualifications as specified by Ohio Revised Code 153.65-71. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Request for Proposal for design services is underway.
