This project consists of two bid options. Base Bid Includes: Installation of 8,907 feet of ODOT Type 3 Curb and Gutter, 4,124 SY of ODOT Item 255: Full Depth Pavement Removal and Rigid Replacement, 2,896 SY of 8" Concrete Apron Removal and Replacement, 8,907 feet of ODOT Item 605: 6" Shallow Pipe Underdrain, 481 CY of ODOT 441: Asphalt Intermediate Course, 481 CY of ODOT 441: Asphalt Surface Course, 11,538 SY of Glass Pave 50 Pavement Interlayer, 38 Each of ODOT Item 611: Cuyahoga County Catch Basin, CB-3C, as well as various other road maintenance items. Bid Alternate Includes: Installation of 14,464 SY of ODOT Item 451: 9" Reinforced Concrete Pavement, QC 1, 2,896 SY of 8" Concrete Apron Removal and Replacement, 8,907 feet of ODOT Item 605: 6" Shallow Pipe Underdrain, 38 Each of ODOT Item 611: Cuyahoga County Catch Basin, CB-3C, as well as various other road maintenance items. No work can start prior to June 15, 2026 and the project time frame is 120 calendar days. The Village intends and requires that this project be completed no later than November 1, 2026. Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code in favor of Mayfield Village. The Village intends and requires that this project be completed no later than November 1, 2026. Mayfield Village reserves the right to enter into a contract with the lowest and best bidder and further reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
