FPC Alderson requires the reconditioning of: One (1) 100,000-gallon elevated water storage tank (leg or pedestal style) - interior and exterior - and one (1) 400,000-gallon ground water storage tank - interior and exterior. The contractor shall furnish all necessary equipment, tools, labor, materials, supervision and warranties necessary to recondition the water tanks. The reconditioning shall comply with all Federal, state, and local regulations, codes, and standards, including the latest editions of the International Building Code, NFPA, Life Safety Code, OSHA, American Correctional Association Standards, and other relevant regulations. Manufacturers recommendations will be required to be implemented. The contractor and any subcontractors must be reputable, holding valid and current contracting licenses. If required, personnel must provide certification or documented proof of experience, demonstrating competency in executing the project. Proof must be provided to the Contracting Officer (CO) or COR upon request. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the tasks in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Offerors must include a specification sheet and any submittal information about the products offered in their quotation. Faxed and hand-delivered quotes will not be accepted. Each offeror must be registered in www.SAM.gov and must complete the necessary representations and certifications in SAM at the time of submitting their quotation. Questions will not be answered during the site visit; all questions must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer in accordance with the solicitation instructions by May 6, 2026 12:00 PM EST.
