Renovation of a water / sewer project in Alderson, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Provide all necessary equipment, tools, labor, materials, supervision, and warranties required to recondition two designated water tanks at the Federal Prison Camp Alderson, in accordance with the specifications and the Statement of Work. The work includes compliance with all relevant Federal, state, and local regulations, as well as manufacturers recommendations. The ground tank is 46'6'' in diameter and 32' tall and can be taken out of service for the duration of the project. The elevated tank is 199' tall and cannot be out of service for more than 72 hours at a time; a phased Plan of Action for reconditioning is required. Bidders must submit specification sheets and provide proof of experience, licenses, and certifications if requested. Evaluation will be based on technical acceptability, past performance, and price. Only bids submitted via email will be accepted. Contractors must be registered in SAM.gov and comply with all contract provisions and requirements. Quotation Deadline: All interested offerors shall submit bids via email to ARHedrick@bop.gov before June 19, 2026, at 2:00 pm EST.
