The 2026 South Main Street Water Main Replacement Project includes replacement of the existing water main along Main Street from 14th Avenue SW to 10th Avenue SE, installation of new water services, and associated concrete patching and surface restoration necessary to complete the work. Sealed bids will be received by the City Clerk of Clarion, Iowa at City Hall, 121 1st St SW, Clarion, Iowa, at 2:00pm. Copies of plans and specifications are available in the office of the Project Engineer for examination, or may be obtained from ISG, 217 East 2nd Street, Des Moines, IA 50309, upon deposit of one hundred dollars ($100.00), refundable within fourteen days after award of the project if returned in reusable condition. Plans and specifications may also be downloaded from the ISG website at www.ISGInc.com.
