Estimated value of $4,792,954.00 Kelley Blvd Roadway Improvements Question Deadline 04/29/2026 at 12:00 PM ET Inquiries regarding the "Kelly Blvd Roadway Improvements" shall be sent, in writing, to Mark Hollowell at the email: mhollowell@nattleboro.com. To be considered, all inquiries must be received no later than date and time. The work to be done under this contract consists of furnishing all necessary labor, materials and equipment required for the improvements to Kelley Blvd / Taunton Street (Route 152) from 15 Taunton Street in the Town of Plainville, MA to 537 Kelley Blvd in the Town of North Attleborough, MA. The project limits also include Messenger Street (Route 106) from 2 Wilkins Drive to 64 Messenger Street. The work also consists of modifying the traffic signal infrastructure at the intersection of Route 152 and Route 106. The project will include Work necessary to complete the roadway improvements in accordance with the plans and these Special Provisions. The project generally includes, but is not limited to, roadway reconstruction, pavement milling, roadway resurfacing, installation of granite curb, construction of new sidewalks and reconstruction of existing sidewalks including new pedestrian curb ramps and driveways, modification of road geometry and striping to provide additional lanes at the approach to the Route 152/106 intersection, new traffic signal infrastructure, and improvements to drainage infrastructure, as more fully described on the Contract Drawings. The Contract includes coordination with utility companies to complete utility pole relocations and below ground conduit relocations. The Contract between the successful Bidder and the Town shall be for a term of 470-days consecutive days commencing in June 2026 and ending in September of 2027.
