As of June 11, 2026, all bid has been rejected. Sealed Proposals for Rock Road Bridge Repairs will be received online via the PennBid Program by Clay Township, Lancaster County. The work includes providing all equipment, materials, labor, supervision, and testing services for the Rock Road Bridge Repairs project as further described in the contract documents. Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check, bank cashier's check, or other security acceptable to the owner in the amount of 15% of the total base bid. Bidders must bid on all items listed on the bid form. The project is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, OSHA, various Pennsylvania Acts concerning public works, trade practices, employment verification, and human relations, as well as non-discrimination in employment and contract compliance regulations. Clay Township reserves the right to waive any informalities, irregularities, defects, errors, or omissions in any or all bids and to accept or reject any or all parts of the bids in its judgment.
