Renovation of an educational facility in Franklin, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 6,385-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility.
Sealed bids are requested for improvements and repairs to Macon County Early College. All proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes marked 'CORRECTIVE PACKAGE FOR MACON COUNTY EARLY COLLEGE,' with the bidder’s name and address clearly indicated on the outside of the envelope. Digital copies of the bid package, including construction documents, addenda, and important bid information, are available for download from the Macon County website. Minority and historically underutilized businesses are encouraged to submit bids. Macon County reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Project related questions are to be submitted in writing to the Architect using the Request for Information (RFI) procedure defined in the Project Manual.
