Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Carrabelle, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The City of Carrabelle requests proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide Construction Engineering services for a Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) Rebuild Florida General Infrastructure Repair Program. The scope includes engineering services for the Sanitary Sewer Collection and Treatment System Repair and Hardening Project, which experienced damage during Hurricane Helene. Tasks will include bidding, construction administration, and periodic construction observation services. Design and permitting tasks have already been completed. Proposals must be submitted in one original and three copies in a sealed envelope marked 'SEALED PROPOSAL FOR CDBG ENGINEERING SERVICES.' Proposals will be evaluated based on knowledge of state and federal regulations, experience with CDBG projects, management and staffing, ability to quickly become familiar with local conditions, experience with municipal engineering projects, and approach to task. No proposal will be accepted from individuals or firms on the convicted vendor list.
