Description

The purpose is to solicit and obtain services from an experienced water storage tank maintenance contractor to enter into a full-service agreement to provide a maintenance program for five water storage tanks within the City's potable water system for regulatory compliance. The agreement includes inspection, rehabilitation, as-needed repairs, recoating, chemical cleaning, washout services, condition assessments, detailed reports, and preventive maintenance. The selected vendor will assume full responsibility and accountability for all maintenance issues related to the City's water storage tanks. Interested vendors must submit the original proposal and two copies in a sealed and marked envelope to the specified address by the response deadline. If interested, qualified Vendors are required to submit the original proposal and two (2) copies to the City of Carrabelle City Hall, 1206 Hwy 98 East, Carrabelle, FL 32322, by the response deadline. Proposals shall be sealed and marked on the outside of the envelope "RFQ#: 2026-01; Professional Water Tank Maintenance Services". The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. "Requests for proposals for design services is underway."
