Procurement Staff: Elizabeth Blakley Phone: (623)882-7891 Email: elizabeth.blakley@goodyearaz.gov The Cotton Lane Improvements Project consists of reconstructing the existing roadway and constructing two additional travel lanes from Estrella Parkway to Cotton Lane Bridge at the Gila River. The proposed improvements include: Reconstruction of the existing Cotton Lane roadway and construction of two additional lanes between Estrella Parkway and Cotton Lane Bridge. The existing two lanes will serve southbound traffic and the new lanes will serve northbound traffic. Improvements include new pavement, curb, gutter,signing, pavement marking, storm drainpipe and catch basin improvements, drainage basin improvements, utility adjustments and relocations, and other ancillary improvements.
