However, Because the Work Includes Specialized Playground Construction and Play Equipment Installation, the City Strongly Encourages Participation by Firms, or Firms Utilizing Subcontractors, With Demonstrated Experience Completing Similar Projects. Upon Request by the City, Bidders Shall Provide a Minimum of Three (3) Project References Demonstrating Experience With Playground Construction and Play Equipment Installation Engineer's Estimate: $130,000. No Pre-bid Conference Will Be Held. First-tier Subcontractor Disclosure Forms Are Due No Later Than 4:00 Pm Pacific Time on June 16, 2026.
