Through this Request for Qualifications, City of Maple Ridge (the “City”) is seeking to prequalify Contractors experienced and qualified in performing civil and related municipal works to carry out the development and construction of a new neighbourhood park at 13650 232A Street, Maple Ridge, BC. Park construction includes the following scope and features: Demolition of existing features as applicable Clearing and tree removals Onsite servicing (water, drainage) Servicing connections (storm, water) Grading, earthworks and retaining Playground for neighbourhood park use Sand play areas Open lawn areas Asphalt sports courts Drinking fountain/bottle filler Picnic Shelter (pre-fabricated or custom-designed) Site furnishings: bike racks, garbage cans, outdoor furniture Asphalt and gravel paths General landscaping, boulders, soil installation Concrete plaza, other concrete landscape features Sidewalk letdowns and pedestrian infrastructure Signage installation Fencing installation, various types Tree, shrub and plant installation Invasive plant removal and restoration planting Park establishment maintenance Documents can be obtained from https://mapleridge.bidsandtenders.ca/ Question Deadline 04/24/2026 at 12:00 PM PT
