The Town of Natick, Natick Town Hall, 13 East Central Street, Natick, MA 01760 ("the Town"), invites the submission of sealed bids for Services Related to The Furnishing of Roadway Improvements at Various Locations - 2026. The next business day that the Procurement Office is open. All Bids shall comply with the IFB issued by the Town of Natick, including, without limitation, Section 1, Instructions to Bidders, and Bid Submission Requirements. The Town reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any, any part of, or all Bids in the best interest of the Town. Any Bid submitted will be binding for thirty (30) days subsequent to the time of bid opening. This contract contains price adjustments for bituminous concrete mixtures, diesel fuel, and gasoline. The base price for Portland cement on this project is $452.13 per ton (April 2026). The base price for liquid asphalt on this project is $640.00 per ton (March 2026). The base price for diesel fuel is $4.452 per gallon (March 2026) and for gasoline is $2.955 per gallon (March 2026). Award is subject to appropriation and approval of the Natick Town Administrator/his designee. Questions regarding this IFB shall be submitted in writing and shall be delivered to the Department of Public Works by the close of business 4:00 P.M. Tuesday, May 5, 2025.
