As of May 4, 2026, this project has been cancelled and plans to re-bid at a later date following completion of revised project scope. This project consists of removing existing surfacing, design and resurfacing the existing tennis courts into a multi sports court at Memorial Park located at 67 N. 1 st W., Weston, Idaho 83286. The work is to include the design of a facility within the constructed boundaries, demolition and disposal of the existing surfacing, delivery of the materials, and provide of the resurfacing and painting of the courts. The City requires Suppliers to design a facility that meets or exceeds all current federal ADA requirements. The proposals shall include the costs of the material, delivery charges, demolition costs and an estimated cost of installation. The City will also require detailed technical installation instructions and maintenance & operations manuals from the manufacturer. Suppliers shall provide a maximum of two (2) designs with their proposal that include the components within the RFP. Proposals are requested to clear, design, and resurface the tennis courts for multi-sports court use at Weston City Park, located at 67 N 1st W, Weston, ID 83286. Proposals must be submitted as sealed bids and addressed to the designated recipient at the provided address. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
