The work includes the furnishing and installation of approximately 6,100 feet of 2-5 Schedule 40 PVC Bore-Gard conduits and approximately 420 feet of 1-5 Schedule 40 PVC Bore-Gard conduits. If the BID is accepted, a CONTRACT must be executed and a satisfactory Performance/Payment Bond furnished, conditioned according to law in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the CONTRACT price, within ten (10) days after notice of award. No BIDDER may withdraw their BID for a period of 60 days after the actual BID closing date and time. The CITY reserves the right not to award a contract and to reject any or all BIDS and to waive any informalities and irregularities.
