The existing concrete material storage bins have no cover from weather/rain & snow protection. The improvements largely consist of adding a new protective roof cover and side walls with steel columns and beams on existing concrete walls, while leaving the loading side open for truck deliveries and pick-up of materials. The scope includes, but is not limited to, the new roof structure, roof supports, gutters and downspouts, new walls, and new solar lighting.
