Site work for a water / sewer project in Pavilion, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The scope of work consists of the installation of approximately 22,000 linear feet of 8-inch and 12-inch water main, valves, hydrants, and appurtenances along portions of Perry Road, Peoria Road, South Street Road, NYS Route 63, and York Road within the Town of Pavilion, Genesee County. Instructions to bidders: Bidders must obtain Bidding Documents through the designated website to be considered a Plan Holder of record. Documents from other sources are not valid for bidding. The Town of Pavilion reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, or make an award to other than the lowest bidder. Bidders must observe conditions of employment and minimum wage rates under the contract. Bid security is required. For further requirements on bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract awards, refer to the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bidding Documents. The project includes bid alternatives with requirements for use of American Iron and Steel and compliance with the Build America, Buy America Act, with certain waivers applying.
