General Construction, Demolition, General Labor Carpentry, Painting, Finishes, HVAC, DDC Controls, Electrical, Lighting, Plumbing, Fire Protection-Sprinklers, and Honeywell Fire Alarm work are included. Bids and bonds must be submitted electronically through the specified online portal, using provided forms, with amounts stated in writing and figures. Bids must include a copy of the Certified or Bank Cashier's Check or Bid Bond, and bidders must be ready to provide a hard copy within 48 hours if requested. Bids must be guaranteed and can be withdrawn for up to ten days post-opening. Each bid must include the "Disclosure of Ownership" form (if applicable) and the "Affidavit of Noncollusion" form, both of which are available in the bid package. There is a goal of 20% participation by Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB), and the successful bidder must list HUB firms as part of post-bid submittal.
