Site work and paving for a road / highway in Sidney, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Sealed proposals are sought for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the 2026 SALEM RESURFACING PROGRAM. This project consists of pavement planing, asphalt overlay, and gravel berm on Lochard Road and Meranda Road. Each bidder is required to furnish a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security in Bond Form shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio. Each proposal must contain the full name of all parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested. Bidders must, upon request, provide evidence of experience with projects of similar size and complexity. The project must not begin prior to June 1, 2026, and must be completed by October 15, 2026. All contractors and subcontractors are required, where practicable, to use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor. Contractors must comply with Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 115, Governor's Executive Orders of 1972 and 84-9, and prevailing wage rates as determined by the Ohio Department of Industrial Relations. The Township Trustees reserve the right to reject any or all bids.
