Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Sidney, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
For the 2026 Curb & Gutter Replacement project. The project consists of the removal & replacement of curb & gutter and curb ramps with truncated domes and also includes the reconnection of drain tiles and site restoration. Any and all questions regarding the referenced project must be submitted through the electronic . Questions submitted outside of online will not be answered The Contractor shall be required to pay not less than the minimum wage rates established by the Department of Industrial Relations of the State of Ohio. No bidder may withdraw his bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. City of Sidney reserves the right to waive any irregularities, to reject any or all bids, and to award the contract to the bidder deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Sidney Requires 10% bid bond, 100% performance bond, prevailing wage compliance Work shall not commence prior to May 4, 2026. Substantial completion of the project shall include all removal & replacement of curb & gutter, installation of curb ramps, any and all pavement repair, and reconnection of all drain tiles. Entire project shall be substantially complete on or before July 3, 2026. Final completion of the project shall include seeding & mulching. Final completion and readiness for final payment shall be on or before July 17, 2026. If the above completion dates are not met, liquidated damages shall be applied against the appropriate contract total as follows: Substantial Completion: Five hundred dollars ($500.00) per day beyond the substantial completion date. Final Completion: Two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) per day beyond the final completion date.
