Substantial completion of the project shall include all removal & replacement of curb & gutter, installation of curb ramps, any and all pavement repair, and reconnection of all drain tiles. Entire project shall be substantially complete on or before July 3, 2026. Final completion of the project shall include seeding & mulching. Final completion and readiness for final payment shall be on or before July 17, 2026. If the above completion dates are not met, liquidated damages shall be applied against the appropriate contract total as follows: Substantial Completion: Five hundred dollars ($500.00) per day beyond the substantial completion date. Final Completion: Two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) per day beyond the final completion date.
