Sealed proposals are requested for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the 2026 Log Jam Removal Project, which consists of removing log jams and debris at multiple bridge locations throughout Shelby County. The work includes all materials, equipment, and labor required to perform the service. Bidders must provide a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Ohio law, and proposals must contain the full names of all parties and interested persons. Bidders must also submit, upon request, evidence of experience on projects of similar size and complexity. The project must be completed by August 28, 2026. All contractors and subcontractors are to use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor where practicable, and comply with equal employment opportunity requirements. Compliance with prevailing wage rates in Shelby County is required. The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids.
