The project will include removal and disposal of lime softened sludge from the Water Treatment Plant storage lagoon to an approved agricultural site for land application. The estimated dry ton amounts will be based on the City's yearly budgeted amount. Any and all questions regarding the referenced project must be submitted through the online. Questions submitted outside of online will not be answered. Question Deadline 02/23/2026 at 1:00 PM ET No bidder may withdraw his bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The City of Sidney reserves the right to waive any irregularities, to reject any or all bids, and to award the contract to the bidder deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Sidney.
