INSTALLATION OF PAVEMENT, THAT WILL BE SUPPLIED AND HAULED BY VARIOUS GOVERNMENT MUNICIPALITIES THROUGHOUT THE ADIRONDACKS Item #1 is for the price per DAY for the installation of Type 7F Top Course and/or Type 3 Binder Course. The local municipality that you will be paving for will purchase all materials as well as provide trucking for said material from the plant to the jobsite. The Municipality will also provide all flagging operations as well as any necessary traffic control devices. Municipality will also provide all water necessary for the contractor's roller. The price per DAY is to include the paver, paver operator, 2 screed men, dump man, laborer, roller, and roller operator. Some trueing and leveling may be needed prior to the final course being applied. Typical paving depth will be 1.5" compacted for all type 7F top course and 2.5" and 3" compacted on all Type 3 binder courses.
