Demolition, site work and renovation of a multi-residential development in Saranac Lake, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development; and for the demolition of a multi-residential development.

The project is being bid as a single prime contract: ( 1) General Construction. The scope of the Lake Flower Apartments Infrastructure Upgrades project includes, but is not limited to, plumbing improvements, equipment replacement, and interior renovations within the occupied facility. Major project components include: _Replacement of deteriorated domestic water piping throughout the building, including installation of a new water softener and backflow preventer. _ Removal and disposal of the existing defunct solar water heater and replacement of existing domestic water heaters. _ Selective demolition and restoration of affected kitchens, bathrooms , and other areas required to complete plumbing upgrades. _ Renovation of Unit 2H, including interior finishes, bathroom and kitchen upgrades, and replacement of fixtures, accessories , lighting, and related items. _ Complete renovation of the Director's Office restrooms. Because the building will remain occupied during construction, work will be phased to minimize disruption to residents and operations . The Contractor will coordinate final phasing, access , and tenant transition procedures with the Owner and Architect after contract award.
