Sealed Statements of Qualification are requested for Architectural Design Services for the Montgomery County Justice Center. Prospective vendors are required to submit one original and one electronic response on a flash drive. Vendors may obtain specifications from the designated county office or download them from the county website. All proposals must be received by the specified deadline. The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informality in proposals received. Vendors are responsible for monitoring the county website for any issued addenda.
