The City of Conroe Parks Department is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to construct and install a commercial-style kitchen and complete associated interior renovations at the Oscar Johnson Enrichment Center. The project includes approximately 305 square feet of kitchen improvements, wall relocation, utility modifications, and 4,367 square feet of flooring upgrades and electrical covers. The contractor shall also install approximately 70 linear foot of 1 1/2 " gas line coming into building, 1 3/4 " gas line for range connection, and 3/4 " gas line for oven connection.
