Site work for a water / sewer project in Evans City, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes installation of approximately 1,300 linear feet of 6-inch HDPE water main via directional drilling, one fire hydrant, and multiple service lines. Bids are requested for General Construction Contract 2026-01. Bid security in the form of a Certified Check or Bid Bond is required in an amount not less than 10%. All questions regarding the Bidding Documents must be submitted via PennBID. Bidders must comply with all State antibid-rigging regulations and submit an executed non-collusion affidavit. All public work contractors and subcontractors must utilize the Federal Government's E-Verify system and submit a Public Works Employment Verification Form. The Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act applies. Bids shall be irrevocable for 60 days after the bid opening date. The Evans City Water and Sewer Authority reserves the right to waive defects and to accept or reject any or all proposals.
