Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Westfield, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and bridge / tunnel.

Project includes roadway widening and reconstruction of approximately 3,300 feet, converting a two-lane roadway to a five-lane boulevard-style road with curb and gutter, curbed medians, storm sewers, multi-use path, sidewalk, curb ramps, pavement markings, signing, and lighting. Construction includes a roundabout at the intersection of 191st Street and Grand Park Boulevard and a bridge over 191st Street for the Monon Trail. Bids must be properly and completely executed on the Proposal Form obtainable at the Owner's office. Each bid must be accompanied by Form 96 Contractor's Bid for Public Works, including Non-Collusion Affidavit, Section III of Part II (Contractor's Financial Statement), and acceptable bid security (certified check or satisfactory bond by an incorporated surety company in an amount equal to 5% of the bid). No conditional bids allowed. No price escalation clauses allowed. Successful contractors must furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each for 100% of the contract price. No bidder may withdraw their proposal within 60 days. The Owner reserves the right to retain the three lowest bid proposals for up to 90 days, waive informalities, award the contract to the lowest and most responsible bidder, or reject all proposals.
