In general, the successful bidder will provide replacement of 2 digester covers for future installation at the James R. Diiorio Wastewater Reclamation Facility. Description of Project a) Project includes the cover replacements on two anaerobic digesters. Digester No. 3 is currently equipped with a floating cover, which will be replaced with a fixed cover similar to the covers on existing Digester No. 1 and No. 2.
