The project involves replacing a legacy backlit marquee with a free standing pylon digital marquee at Olmos Elementary School. The time allowed for completion is 160 calendar days. Bidders must hold a valid Class "C-45" Contractor's License. A mandatory pre-bid conference and site walk are required for all prime contractors wishing to bid. Sealed bids must be submitted prior to the deadline and accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bidder's bond in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid, made payable to Fresno Unified.
