The work is for the Mayfair Elementary School Digital Marquee Replacement, involving the replacement of a legacy backlit marquee with a free-standing pylon digital marquee. The Prime Contractor must possess a valid Class “C-45” Contractor’s License. The allowed time for project completion is 160 calendar days. The architect/engineer's estimate for the project is approximately $100,000. Contractors bidding as Prime Contractors must attend a mandatory pre-bid conference and subsequent job-walk at Mayfair Elementary School. Sealed bids are to be submitted via the designated online bidding portal prior to the specified deadline.
