The project consists of providing construction surveillance technician services at CFB Bagotville (QC), in support of the Future Fighter Capability Project’s renovations and new construction. The work will involve inspections, surveillance, and reporting during construction to ensure compliance with security requirements for facility accreditation. Construction Surveillance Technicians (CSTs) will operate on active construction sites, coordinating with the builder, the builder’s security force, DCC representatives, and DND security personnel, and are responsible for inspection, surveillance, and reporting activities throughout the construction period. Bidders will be required to actively hold or obtain all required security clearances at the Facility Security Clearance (FSC) level of secret prior to contract award. Interested contractors should begin the security clearance application process through Defence Construction Canada’s Industrial Security Program if not already completed.
