The reconstruction of South 78th Street and two sections of South 88th Street as 7" concrete pavement on a 5" dense graded base of crushed stone or crushed concrete, including concrete sidewalk, concrete driveway approaches, landscaping, storm sewer installation, storm sewer relay, sanitary sewer relay, water main relay, building services, utility adjustments, and all incidental items necessary to complete the work as shown on the Plans and included in these Special Provisions. The scope includes elements such as concrete pavement, pavement marking, aggregate, sidewalks, curbs, gutters, ADA curb ramps, traffic control, excavation, concrete pavement removal, and temporary erosion control. Pre-qualification: Required. 2026 PROJECT NO. 7 QA date - 4-20-2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the contract documents are to be directed to the City Engineer. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by the Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by the Engineer as having received proposal forms. Questions received less than ten (10) days prior to the date for opening of bids may not be answered.
