The work supports the planning, development, and deployment of Remote Tower Systems to enable the Federal Aviation Administration to advance its remote air traffic control capabilities. The effort includes providing a comprehensive technical approach and pricing to meet FAA program objectives, acquisition strategy needs, and operational requirements associated with Remote Tower Systems. The selected Offeror or Offerors will support activities necessary to design, implement, and deploy these systems in accordance with the requirements and evaluation criteria described in the solicitation and its attachments. Proposals will be evaluated based on technical approach and price, using the criteria identified in the attached Airport Evaluation Criteria. The FAA intends to conduct a competitive evaluation and may select one or more Offerors that best meet the stated requirements; however, issuance of the solicitation does not obligate the FAA to make an award. Offerors are responsible for all proposal preparation and submission costs, and any proprietary or confidential information must be clearly identified. The anticipated NAICS code for this requirement is 488119, Other Airport Operations, and Offerors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management at the time of proposal submission and remain registered through any potential award.
