In the case of a conflict between Appendix B and Appendix C, Appendix C will govern. Some pipelines may be located partially or completely within easement areas, which may require additional coordination with the property owners or tenants. The Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, tools, equipment, supervision, transportation, handling, storage, traffic control, permits, licenses, and all other incidentals necessary to complete the work successfully. Typical work includes, but is not limited to, the following: o Pipeline Cleaning o Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) Inspection o Invert to Rim Measuring o Pipeline Condition Assessment and Coding per NASSCO's Pipeline Assessment and Certification Program (PACP) o Traffic Control o Coordination with property owner when performing work in easements o Capturing, Removing, Transporting, and Disposing of debris from the pipelines o Providing data and written reports and attending weekly coordination meetings o Implementing a quality control program 2.
