Sealed bids are invited for supplying various types and quantities of stone and asphalt materials, specifically: 1200 Ton 2A Stone, 60 Ton R3 Stone, 60 Ton R4 Stone, 60 Ton R5 Stone, 750 Ton #3 Stone, 500 Ton #8 Washed, 20 Ton #10 Stone, 1000 Ton #57 Stone, 1000 Ton 6S or 3B Anti-Skid, and 200 Ton Cold Mix Asphalt. Proposals must be submitted on forms provided by the municipality. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond for 10% of the bid amount, payable to the municipality unless waived. The municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Liquidated damages apply.
