Statements of qualifications and proposals are requested from engineering or architectural firms experienced in assisting local governments with preliminary reports (PAR and PER), final design, and construction administration of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) programs. The purpose is to provide preliminary reports (PAR and PER), design and construction, and administration services for a CDBG-DR project involving development of an Emergency Operations Center. Firms must be technically qualified and licensed in Georgia. This procurement may also lead to additional contracts or contract addendums for planning, administrative, and related services for State and Federally funded projects. Bryan County may select firms with architectural, engineering, or multi-disciplinary expertise, or design teams. Information to be included in the proposal: history of the firm and resources, experience with CDBG/EIP/RDF and other DCA grant programs, key personnel qualifications, current workload, capacity to complete the scope and level of work with a clear project approach, relevant project experience and references, fees or percentages associated with preliminary reports and related services, proof of Errors and Omissions Insurance, Statement of Qualifications Form, and Section 3 Certification Form (if claiming Section 3 status).
