Renovation of a transportation facility in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.

Question Deadline 04/30/2026 Requests for clarification shall be made in writing via email to the Contract Specialist and cc the Alternate Contract Specialist at least seven (7) days prior to the bid opening date. The Work under this Contract shall require a General Contractor to mobilize and perform repairs or modifications at various Transit facilities located throughout King County, Washington. Sites may include, but are not limited to, Transit Bases, Park-and-Ride Lots, and Bus Zones. Repair and modification work may include, but is not limited to, furnishing labor, tools, equipment, materials, incidentals, superintendents, and work and subcontractor coordination. Estimated contract price NTE $2,500,000.00 Sealed bids are requested for work involving repairs or modifications at various transit facilities throughout King County, Washington. Sites may include, but are not limited to, Transit Bases, Park-and-Ride Lots, and Bus Zones. The scope of work may include furnishing labor, tools, equipment, materials, incidentals, superintendents, and the coordination of work and subcontractors. There is a minimum 15% Apprentice Utilization Requirement and a minimum 15% Federal Small Business Enterprise (FSBE) Requirement for this contract. The estimated contract price is not to exceed $2,500,000.00. Award is subject to final approval.
