This Request for Quotations is an invitation to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Window Cleaning Services, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D). The Coordinating Entity is administering the process on behalf of the Purchasers identified in Section B – Material Disclosures of the RFQ Particulars. The intention is to award this RFQ to one Supplier per region for interior and exterior window cleaning services across multiple Purchaser sites, in accordance with the Deliverables. A Supplier may be awarded multiple regions. Respondents may propose to subcontract portions of the Services, subject to prior written approval of the Purchaser. The contract term is five years with an option for two additional one-year extensions. Preference will be given to Canadian and Non-US suppliers who submit compliant submissions. Shared Health may re-issue this tender at its discretion.
