The main components of Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of: Underground Works including land drainage, supply and installation of a concrete catch basin (900mm, SD-025), supply and installation of 200mm SDR 35 PVC LDS pipe using trenchless installation with Class B Bedding, connecting to existing 2700mm LDS main, and supply and installation of an Ipex Tempest LMF 103mm flow restrictor. Surface Works to include parking lot general excavation, supply and installation of 100mm of Type 1A asphalt, supply and installation of 150mm of 25mm Granular A base course, supply and installation of 300mm of 100mm Granular A sub-base, supply and installation of geotextile, curb and gutter (CoW SD-200), modified barrier curb (CoW SD-203B). Sidewalk installation including supply and installation of 100mm of Type 1A asphalt (2.1m wide), supply and installation of 300mm of 25mm Granular B base course (2.1m wide), supply and installation of geotextile, supply and installation of sidewalk curb ramp. Earthworks including rough grading for landscape areas and wood retaining wall. Bids must be submitted online.
