Union County, through its Facilities Management, is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms to provide Building Commissioning Services for various projects on an 'as needed' basis. This is a Request for Qualifications (RFQ), not requiring price information or work product with the submittal. Services under this contract must be performed by or under the responsible charge of a qualified professional licensed or certified in North Carolina, as applicable. Firms must identify the responsible individual(s) including discipline/certification and North Carolina license/certification information within the SOQ. Offerors must comply with non-collusion requirements and are encouraged to make good faith outreach to Minority Businesses (HUB Certified) and Small Businesses. Only electronic SOQ submissions will be accepted, and they must be received by the Union County Procurement Department no later than the specified deadline. The SOQ must be signed by an authorized person, submitted as one complete document, and it is the Offeror's responsibility to obtain all addenda prior to submission. There is no obligation for Union County to reimburse any expenses related to SOQ preparation. Union County reserves the right to reject any or all submittals, waive technicalities, make selections in its best interest, award to multiple vendors, or cancel the RFQ.
