Union County, North Carolina, through Union County Facilities Management, is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms to provide On Call Construction Material Testing Services for various projects on an “as needed” basis. Responding firms are not required to submit price information or work product with their submittal packages. Compliance with N.C.G.S. 143-64.31 is required. Electronic bids are not permitted for this solicitation and submissions should follow the instructions outlined in the attachments.
