The University of North Florida are requesting proposals from qualified A&E Firms to provide professional services for the renovation and addition to the Mathews Computer Science Building.The overall project encompasses a range of construction services as detailed in the contract documents, including site work, infrastructure development, and associated building or system improvements. Work will be executed in multiple phases to ensure continuity of operations and efficient project delivery. Phase 1 includes a total project budget of $26,961,737. Phase 2 will expand upon these improvements and is budgeted at $51,194,660. Qualified contractors are encouraged to review all plans, specifications, and bid requirements.
