Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Ashtabula, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The scope includes design and construction services for the improvements and additions to three athletic facilities Corlew Stadium Upgrades (Braden Middle School) Provide design documentation for review and approval including: Seating layout Irrigation system layout, function and control Field grading, layout o Replace wooden bleacher seats and brackets at Home side with aluminum plank seating and new brackets as required. o Remove and replace loose caulking at precast concrete stadia planks. (Estimate 50% of joints) o Clean and seal concrete stadia planks. o Replace field irrigation system in total o Regrade field, install new sod, providing care through establishment o Alternate Bid Add artificial turf at Home Team area RFB Questions Due by April 23, 2026 by 4:00 pm ** As of 4/24/26 bid date has been extended to May 4, 2026 at 2:00p. ** Buckeye Local School District is accepting bids for Exterior Athletic Upgrades 2026 at Edgewood High School and Braden Middle School. Drawings and specifications are available upon request. Bids must be sent to the Board of Education Office in a sealed envelope marked 'BLSD Exterior Athletic Upgrades Bid 2026'. The district reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in bids. Late receipts, e-mails, and facsimiles will not be accepted. Contact the Board of Education Office if assistance is required.
