The project will include the provision of a new MRL elevator and associated renovations, expansion of the basement storage area, new historically appropriate wood entry doors, restoration of interior doors, windows, frames, and trims, restoration of interior floors, provision of new ceiling treatments, provision of new audio-visual improvements to courtrooms, new courtroom furniture, renovation of existing restrooms for TAS compliance, provision of new LED lighting, and provision of a new HVAC system.
