City of LaFollette, Tennessee is accepting bids for the rehabilitation of two homes through its THDA HOME Program rehabilitation grant project. All construction plans, written specifications, and bid forms are available at LaFollette City Hall, 207 South Tennessee Avenue, LaFollette, TN 37766, or by contacting the Project Administrator. A copy of the contractor's state license must be submitted with the bid. Certificate of Builder's Risk, Workman's Compensation, and Comprehensive Liability Insurance is required before construction can begin. Minority and female contractors are encouraged to apply.
