Each bid must be submitted using either the hardcopy or online fillable version of the blank bid form, prepared in ink or by typing, in a sealed envelope, plainly marked as to the item being bid upon and the name of the bidder. The Road Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids and award the contract in any manner to be in the best interest of the County of Ottawa. Project No. 481-006-5549: 3.98 miles of concrete pavement removal, HMA cold milling, butt joints, adjustment of drainage structure covers, gate box adjust, milling around drainage structure covers, HMA resurfacing, HMA approaches, aggregate approaches, aggregate shoulders and slope restoration of Subdivision Streets in Grand Haven Township. Project No. 481-007-5552: 2.86 miles of concrete pavement removal, HMA cold milling, butt joints, adjustment of drainage structure covers, HBPW drainage structure adjust, gate box adjust, milling around drainage structure covers, HMA resurfacing, HMA approaches, aggregate approaches, aggregate shoulders and slope restoration of Subdivision Streets in Holland Township. Project No. 481-008-5548: 0.48 miles of HMA cold milling, adjustment of drainage structure covers, milling around drainage structure covers, HMA resurfacing, and slope restoration of Subdivision Streets in Jamestown Township. Project No. 481-012-5554: 0.40 miles of concrete pavement removal, HMA cold milling, butt joints, HMA resurfacing, HMA approaches, aggregate approaches, and slope restoration of Subdivision Streets in Port Sheldon Township.
