Main Street Improvements: Phase 1 involves all work incidental to the Downtown Redevelopment Project (C.I.P.: 2026-HURFCIP009), in accordance with the contract documents, detail plans, and specifications. Sealed bids are to be submitted to the City of Somerton, City Hall, Public Works Office. A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held to discuss specifications and answer questions, and all contractors placing bids are encouraged to attend.
